What does hosting cost?
It depends only on space: 1GB is R800 a year, 5GB R1 500, 10GB R2 500, 20GB R3 500 and 40GB R4 500. Every package is billed for 12 months and includes a free .co.za or .com domain.
Which package do I need?
A five-page business website fits comfortably in 1GB. An online shop with photographs is usually happier on 5GB or more. If you are unsure, start small — moving up later costs only the difference.
Is the domain really included?
Yes, on every package, for the year. It is registered in your name, and it stays yours.
Can you move my existing site?
Yes, free of charge. We copy the site across, test it, and only then switch the domain over, so there is no downtime while you wait.
Do you host sites you did not build?
Often. The price is the same. What we will not do is take over a site and then pretend problems someone else built in are not there — we will tell you what we find.
Do I pay monthly or yearly?
Yearly. It works out cheaper than monthly hosting almost everywhere, and it means one invoice a year instead of a debit order you forget about.
